Fondly known as Dr. Mo!, she is a tenured associate professor, founder of the Mo! Sibyl Podcast and one of the cofounders of ORAR.

Born in Nigeria, she moved to the United States over a decade ago and now in Korea, experiencing firsthand how migration reshapes identity and erodes traditions over time.

Her drive to create ORAR was sparked by a truth she once read, that within just three generations, most people are forgotten.

Determined to change that, she founded ORAR as a living archive where Black diasporan stories are preserved, voices are amplified, and every journey finds community and belonging. A place where you can feel at home away from home.
